Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched individually from Prague. SISTER STUDIO operates as a small independent studio, so please allow up to 7 days for shipment.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped using available courier services such as Czech Post, Zásilkovna (Packeta), Balíkovna, PPL, or comparable carriers, depending on the destination, size, and nature of the package.
Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
SISTER STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International postal deliveries (outside EU) may show limited tracking updates while in transit between countries.
International transit typically takes approx. 10–20 days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing).
Tracking usually resumes once the parcel enters the destination country’s postal network or customs. The same tracking number can be used on the destination country’s postal website once the parcel arrives.

Due to recent US /UK import regulation changes, all shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and extended processing times regardless of value.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. SISTER STUDIO is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges caused by customs or shipping carriers.
For some non-EU destinations (such as the USA, UK, and others), postal services may require specific customs declaration formats in order to accept the shipment.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was not collected, any reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted due to the one-of-one nature of the work and the small-scale studio model in which it is created.
Please review measurements, descriptions, and images carefully before purchase.
Occasional irregularities and traces of material history are inherent to vintage and existing textiles, intentionally preserved as part of the design, and not considered defects.
Custom-made or personalised pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. For ready-to-ship orders delivered within the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
