Every SISTER STUDIO piece exists only once. No repeats, no restocks. Similar designs or techniques may reappear, but never as an identical piece, as each piece is made from unique vintage and existing textiles and reworked by hand.

Pieces are released gradually in small drops as they are completed. SISTER STUDIO follows a slow, small-scale making process rather than conventional production cycles.

Custom and preorder work is possible depending on material availability and studio capacity.

SISTER STUDIO works with vintage garments, preloved pieces, surplus, deadstock and other existing textiles, handpicked primarily for their quality and natural fibres.

Exact fibre composition may not always be known due to the nature of sourcing and materials.

Materials are sourced mainly within the Czech Republic, with occasional finds from travels and private acquisitions, forming the SISTER STUDIO material archive from which pieces are created.

Pieces are reworked and altered rather than produced in standard size runs, often originating from menswear or larger base garments, or constructed directly from existing textiles, so they may fall between conventional sizes. Many designs allow flexible or loose fit.

SISTER STUDIO approaches fit as individual preference rather than fixed categories. Please refer to product descriptions for exact measurements and fit notes.

Orders are prepared and dispatched individually from Prague. SISTER STUDIO operates as a small independent studio, so please allow up to 7 days for shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International postal deliveries (outside EU) may show limited tracking updates while in transit between countries.

International transit typically takes approx. 10–20 days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing).

Tracking usually resumes once the parcel enters the destination country’s postal network or customs. The same tracking number can be used on the destination country’s postal website once the parcel arrives.

USA shipments:
Due to recent US import regulation changes, all shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and extended processing times regardless of value.

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. SISTER STUDIO is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges caused by customs or shipping carriers.

For some non-EU destinations (such as the USA, UK, and others), postal services may require specific customs declaration formats in order to accept the shipment.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was not collected, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.

Returns are generally not accepted due to the one-of-one nature of the work and the small-scale studio model in which it is created.

Please review measurements, descriptions, and images carefully before purchase.

Occasional irregularities and traces of material history are inherent to vintage and existing textiles, intentionally preserved as part of the design, and not considered defects.

Custom-made or personalised pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. For ready-to-ship orders delivered within the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
