Every SISTER STUDIO piece exists only once. No repeats, no restocks. Similar designs or techniques may reappear, but never as an identical piece, as each piece is made from unique vintage and existing textiles and reworked by hand.

Pieces are released gradually in small drops as they are completed. SISTER STUDIO follows a slow, small-scale making process rather than conventional production cycles. 

Occasionally, pieces are added as singles (not as part of a drop) to the website, so make sure to occasionally check the web.

SISTER STUDIO works with vintage garments, preloved pieces, surplus, deadstock and other existing textiles, handpicked primarily for their quality and natural fibres.

Exact fibre composition may not always be known due to the nature of sourcing and materials.

Materials are sourced mainly within the Central and Eastern Europe, with occasional finds from travels and private acquisitions, forming the SISTER STUDIO material archive from which pieces are created.

Pieces are reworked and altered rather than produced in standard size runs, often originating from menswear or larger base garments, or constructed directly from existing textiles, so they may fall between conventional sizes. Many designs allow flexible or loose fit. 

SISTER STUDIO approaches fit as individual preference rather than fixed categories. Please refer to product descriptions for exact measurements and fit notes.

The Curated Edit is a selection of individually sourced vintage and pre-loved pieces, chosen by SISTER STUDIO for their distinctive character, materials and design.

Unlike SISTER STUDIO's one-of-one reworked creations, these pieces are presented in their original form, without alterations or redesign.

As vintage and pre-loved items, they may show minor signs of previous use, which are part of their individual history.

Due to limited studio capacity, custom orders and commissions are not available at the moment.

Orders are prepared and dispatched individually from Prague. As SISTER STUDIO is a small independent studio, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders (non-EU):

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.

SISTER STUDIO is not responsible for customs or carrier-related delays or additional import charges, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs may apply where the failed delivery is attributable to the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Before dispatch, cancellation requests are subject to applicable consumer rights.

Returns are generally discouraged due to the one-of-one nature of the pieces and the small-scale, independent studio model in which they are created. Please review all measurements, product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

Occasional irregularities and traces of previous use are inherent to vintage and existing textiles. These characteristics are part of their individual history and are not considered defects where clearly disclosed in the product description.

Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings. Each piece is photographed as accurately as possible.

Custom-made or personalised pieces made to individual customer specifications are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law.

For ready-to-ship orders delivered within the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be returned unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging wherever possible. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
