Returns & Refunds

SISTER STUDIO pieces are one-of-one works created by hand from existing vintage and surplus textiles. Each item is individually measured, documented, and presented in detail. Please review all information carefully and contact the studio with any questions before purchasing.

Because of the unique, non-standard nature of the work, purchases are considered final in principle. Returns are therefore not expected and only apply in limited circumstances outlined below.

Custom-made / made-to-order

Pieces created or modified specifically for a client are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (except in case of defect or error).

Ready-to-ship pieces (EU customers)

For orders delivered within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify sisterstudioprague@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn and unused (trying on indoors only, comparable to a fitting room), with tags attached and in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, incorrect item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact the studio within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

SISTER STUDIO uses existing materials. Minor irregularities, variations, and traces of previous use are intentional characteristics of the material history and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Not available due to the one-of-one nature of the pieces.

Refunds

If a return is approved under the conditions above, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
